Dampfwerk Distillery and Cocktail Room

This very fun project consisted of the construction of a craft distillery for traditional German liquors and spirits. This space consists of warehouse and storage space to accommodate the aging process, bottling, and general storage of products prior to distribution. The adjacent cocktail room and restrooms, with custom stainless steel bar and back bar designed and installed by Jacobson Carruthers.

Urban Refuge Church

A fun project, providing construction services for a new facility for youth worship with a stage for musical performances, and a modern illuminated cross backdrop.
In addition to the youth worship room, we completed a refresh of the existing child care areas to improve flow for drop off/ pick up, as well as sound isolation between the infant and toddler areas.

Providing both design services and project management services, this unique project consisted of updating the existing dated reception desk with a modern design. Our crew installed the new reception desk, installed flooring and painting to compliment the new area. An addition of clear Lexan panels were installed during the pandemic by our team to ensure safety measures were being accounted for.

Henricksen Showroom

MICS Construction worked closely with the design team and Henricksen to develop a project budget. MICS Construction Managed demolition of the existing finishes, new wall construction, installation of new flooring wall finishes and feature walls. The kitchens were updated with new cabinets, plumbing fixtures, wall tile, open wood shelving, and new appliances. The HVAC and fire protection systems were reconfigured. New light fixtures were installed. The renovation transformed the existing showroom into an updated relevant showroom that showcases the customer’s products.

Case Study

LSG Sky Chefs Guard Building

MICS Construction assisted the project design team along with project scope development and building design specifications to provide and install a prefabricated building from a manufacturer in Massachusetts. We managed the excavation, concrete work, security fence installation and installation of utilities. In addition, we placed and installed the prefabricated building with our crew members and VIC’s Crane Service. The guard building Has a stand alone heating and HVAC system that was installed with the building.
