A fun project, providing construction services for a new facility for youth worship with a stage for musical performances, and a modern illuminated cross backdrop.
In addition to the youth worship room, we completed a refresh of the existing child care areas to improve flow for drop off/ pick up, as well as sound isolation between the infant and toddler areas.

Rosen’s Diversified – Executive Suite Remodel

Providing both design services and project management services, this unique project consisted of updating the existing dated reception desk with a modern design. Our crew installed the new reception desk, installed flooring and painting to compliment the new area. An addition of clear Lexan panels were installed during the pandemic by our team to ensure safety measures were being accounted for.

Henricksen Showroom

Henricksen Showroom

MICS Construction worked closely with the design team and Henricksen to develop a project budget. MICS Construction Managed demolition of the existing finishes, new wall construction, installation of new flooring wall finishes and feature walls. The kitchens were updated with new cabinets, plumbing fixtures, wall tile, open wood shelving, and new appliances. The HVAC and fire protection systems were reconfigured. New light fixtures were installed. The renovation transformed the existing showroom into an updated relevant showroom that showcases the customer’s products.

Delta Fitness Center

Delta Fitness Center

A unique high-profile design-build project that was a priority for the CEO of Delta Air Lines. The brick face and CMU wall were removed from the North exterior wall and new aluminum storefront windows were installed, along with new restrooms, shower rooms, and a new laundry facility with industrial machines were constructed and installed. The concrete floors were stained and polished and an addition of a new wood gym floor was installed in the spin/exercise room. New HVAC units were installed with new controls. New wall, ceiling, and floor finishes were installed throughout the project. Ceiling feature clouds were installed. New electrical infrastructure was installed for the new exercise equipment.

A beautifully executed project, providing a renovation of a commercial vanilla shell into an office furniture showroom. Including polished concrete floors, custom metal work with distressed wood accents, and a new storefront entry system. HVAC modifications to accommodate the new space, and LED track lighting throughout.
